Create a virtual environment using Visual Studio Code

Open the Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P), start typing the Python: Create Environment command to search, and then select the command.
The command then presents a list of interpreters that can be used for your project.

Unfortunately, the recommended is missing on my Raspberry Pi, so choose the Global Interpreter. Then open the Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P) again and choose Recommended.
